Harpoon Blues Band je peteročlani sastav kojeg čine iskusni splitski glazbenici. Osnovali su ga daleke 2007 godine Jadran Vušković Žogo, gitarist iznnimno popularnog hrvatskog banda Daleka Obala, te usnoharmonikaš i frontman Predrag Lovrinčević Lovre.

Njihov glazbeni i stilski izričaj u osnovi je Chicago Blues, Country blues, West Coast Blues, Swing i Blues Rock.

U njihovom repertoaru nalaze se svjetski blues standardi u razdoblju od ‘50 do ’80 godina 20. stoljeća koje obrađuju i izvode na svoj specifičan način. Uz taj repertoar izvode i svoje autorske pjesme koje su nastajale tijekom godina kao i u suradnji sa drugim glazbenicima.

Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, Little Walter,Big Joe Williams, Paul Butterfield Blues band, The Doors, John Mayall Bluesbreakers, Cream, samo su neki od velikana koji su im inspiracija i uzor i čiji potpis dijelom možete naći u zvuku koji stvaraju Harpoon Blues band.

Iza njih je više od 1000 klupskih i event nastupa, te nastupa na renomiranim festivalima u Hrvatskoj i van njenih granica, te brojni nastupi na nacionalnoj televiziji.

Harpoon blues band je surađivao sa brojnim poznatim i priznatim glazbenicima od kojih bi izdvojili zvijezdu hrvatske blues i jazz scene Zdenke Kovačiček, britanskog glazbenika Carl Reutera i američkog blues glazbenika Jeff Dalea, a djelili su binu sa blues ikonama. Nakon nekoliko personalnih promjena tijekom godina, Harpoon Blues band danas čine:

• Predrag Lovre Lovrinčević (usna harmonika, pjevač)
• Ivan Gilić (klavijature)
• Giacomo Cenci – Cyro (bubnjevi)
• Zoran Tasić (bas gitara)
• Vice Ercegović (električna gitara)

Harpoon Blues Band is a five-piece band made up of experienced musicians from Split. It was founded back in 2007 by Jadran Vušković Žogo, guitarist of the extremely popular Croatian band Daleka Obala, and harmonica player and frontman Predrag Lovrinčević Lovre.

Their musical and stylistic expression is basically Chicago Blues, Country Blues, West Coast Blues, Swing and Blues Rock.

Their repertoire includes world blues standards from the 1950s to the 1980s, which they cover and perform in their own specific way. In addition to this repertoire, they also perform their own original songs that have been created over the years, as well as in collaboration with other musicians.

Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, Little Walter, Big Joe Williams, Paul Butterfield Blues band, The Doors, John Mayall Bluesbreakers, Cream, are just some of the greats who are their inspiration and role models and whose signature can be partly found in the sound created by Harpoon Blues band. They have performed more than 1000 club and event performances, as well as performances at renowned festivals in Croatia and abroad, and numerous appearances on national television.

Harpoon Blues Band has collaborated with numerous well-known and recognized musicians, including the star of the Croatian blues and jazz scene Zdenka Kovačiček, British musician Carl Reuter and American blues musician Jeff Dale, and they have shared the stage with blues icons.
